Terms & Conditions (Coaching Workshops)

By ticking the terms and conditions box on your registration form you agree to the following:

• Registration opens & closes at PbE's discretion.
• Workshop registration fees are refundable providing we are notified 72 hours before the workshop starts (Refunds are subject to a £5 admin fee).
• Agree to follow any health & safety or security related instructions given by the workshop tutor(s) on the day.
• Agree to read the information contained in the workshop booklet which will be emailed out ahead of time (in PDF format) and follow any guidance.
• Promise to follow PickleballEngland's code of conduct, abide by the rules of the game and uphold PickleballEngland values.
• Signing this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organisers, the facility, its members, employees, sponsors and all persons associated with the workshop from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the workshop. I understand that filming and photographs may be taken at this event and I give permission to PickleballEngland to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
