Venue

Venue has 10 acrylic tennis courts which can create 20 pickleball courts

Refreshments and lunch will be provided but bring your own water bottle!

 

Event Format - Max 200 players!

Saturday 11th July 2026 (9am to 6pm) – Mix of coaching and pickleball games festival

Sunday 12th July 2026 (9am to 6pm) – Mix of coaching and pickleball games festival

The event is open to Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind participants

Entry Fee

*must be accompanied by an adult

Hotels

There are 3 hotels – The Link, Burleigh and Athlete Village.

1. Burleigh Court (LE11 3GR) – 4* en-suite rooms

2. The Link Hotel LE11 4EX – 3* en-suite rooms

3. The Elite Athlete Centre (LE11 3TU – Twin rooms

Car Parking

There is good parking on site. Parking is free if you purchase an event ticket. If no ticket, you are responsible to pay parking to Loughborough University

 

Lunch Packs

Lunch packs will be provided at the venue. Please indicate on your booking your preferred choice(s) using the numbers below.

Lunch Choices (Includes plain crisps, flapjack and water)

3 - Chicken tikka (halal)

4 - Double cheese and spring onion (V)

5 - Tuna and sweetcorn mayo

6 - Egg and cress in seeded roll (GF)

7 - Summer chicken salad seeded roll (GF)

8 - Vegan Ploughman’s sandwich

9 - Vegan coronation chickpea sandwich
