1. Players shall be eligible to play in the Young Persons Championship (YPC) providing that they are either:
   1. Male and 25 or under at the end of 2026.
   2. Female and 30 or under on the day of the event

and born or resident in UK or Ireland

1. Every competitor must complete a separate entry. Select the event combination that you wish to enter.
2. You have the opportunity to save your partner a space when you enter - please ensure that you know their email address and if they are a PbE member, it must be the email address they use for PickleBook. If you don't have a partner, you will be able to see a list of prospective partners to reach out to. If there are insufficient entries to partner everyone up, the event fee will be refunded.
3. Registered players will receive a confirmation of registration and the entry will be shown on their Home Page on PickleBook. If you need to edit your entry, you can access it from the Home Page.
4. Play will commence at 9am each day and may continue until 8pm.If you are delayed on your journey, pelse telephone Louise Stephens on 07748987390.
5. Refreshments will be available from the cafe during the day.
6. All clothing and equipment must conform to the current USAP Tournament Regulations.
7. Franklin X40 Balls will be used throughout the tournament.
8. Medals will be awarded to Winners, Runners-Up & 3rd Place of each event.
9. The organisers, Pickleball Events Committee (PEC) reserve the right to refuse any entry and alter the programme where necessary. In all matters their decision shall be final.The organisers will not be responsible for any personal losses or injuries, however sustained.
10. Safeguarding officers will be on site at the event.

By ticking the terms and conditions box in your registration form, you agree to the following:

• Registration opens 6pm Tuesday 10th February and closes 11:55pm BST on 19th June.
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made by 11:55pm BST on 19th June.
• Registration fees are non-refundable but event fees will be refunded up to the date of registration closing.
• Tournament director has the discretion to combine categories in the event of too few entries and also to move players between categories, and their decision is final.
• Tournament results for the U15, U25 and U30 events will be sent to DUPR. The Junior mixer will not be sent to DUPR.
• Promise to follow pickleballEngland code of conduct and uphold pickleballEngland values.
• Signing this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament. I understand that filming and photographs will be taken at this event and I give permission to PeC and pickleballEngland to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken or my games filmed. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
