PickleB 2026 Series - Event 8

25-27th September 2026

Hampshire Court Hotel, Basingstoke, RG24 8FY.

 

Steve Beale and the team at PickleB are delighted to offer a 19 court pickleball tournament on the best surface for competitive pickleball; acrylic.

Using the newly launched and already popular HC40 ball from top pickleball brand JOOLA.

This event will form part of the PickleB 2026 Series, and points accrued by players in this event will count towards The PickleB 2026 Tour Title for each division.

 

Tournament Divisions;

Skill levels at 3.0-, 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5+.

Age categories at 18+, 50+ & 60+.

Gender Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Singles & Team Events.

 

Friday: 18+ & 50+ Team Events. 18+ & 50+ Singles. 60+ Gender Doubles.

Saturday: 18+ Gender Doubles, 50+ Mixed Doubles.

Sunday: 18+ Mixed Doubles, 50+ Gender Doubles.

 

Venue:

Hampshire Court Hotel's Tennis Centre has five acrylic tennis courts, on which we will create 19 pickleball courts, one streamed show court and off court space for players, admin and retail.

There is a cafe, restaurant and bar at the hotel for hot and cold food & drinks.

The Tournament will provide some refreshments such as squash, bananas and biscuits.

It is such a pleasure to have Fox Pickleball as the court partner at so many PickleB events.

The rising volume of apparel & equipment being used by players at tournaments is testament to the quality of the products Fox are putting out.

 

Price:

All entries are £35 per division entered. (per player)

Refunds are subject to a £15 deduction due to platform, transaction & administration costs.

 

Schedule:

The schedule will be published on the Monday evening before the event.

It is not possible to specify a start time or which part of the day a division will play as this depends on the sizes of all divisions as to what fits without causing long waits for players.

 

One division per player per day, with one exception:

Friday Teams are a.m. and finish before 14:00.

Friday Singles are p.m. and start after 14:00.

Other than this, any two entries on the same day may clash.

Any clinic entries are scheduled to not clash with the matches for players that enter a clinic.

 

Registration on the day:

Register on arrival by writing your name in the appropriate box for your team on the printed sheet on the tables, any time before your first game.

Arrive on the right court at the right time for each of your games.

 

DUPR Results Submission by the crew at Jake Matthews Results Processing Services:

This tournament’s eligible match results will be submitted to DUPR following the event.

It is the responsibility of both players/teams to verify and sign off their match scores after completion of the round-robin and playoff matches.

Once results have been submitted to DUPR, no changes will be made unless there are exceptional and verified circumstances.

Match results will only be submitted to DUPR, if at least one team reaches a score of 6;

All eligible tournament matches (inc. consolation matches) will be submitted to DUPR;

Walkover/no-show matches will not be submitted to DUPR.

Registration:

On registering, you will be sent a confirmation email confirming your entries as well as a special link back to the registration website (if it doesn't come through please check all junk folders before sending through an enquiry to let us know). This will take you to a players needing partners page where you must confirm your registered partners by sending a partner confirmation email. This means both you and your partner must be registered and then confirm your partnership to guarantee your entry as a doubles team into the event. If you have agreed a partnership in advance, you should follow the link in the email and click on the "Send Partner Request" icon next to the name of your proposed partner. They will receive an email asking them to confirm that they agree, and will be given the option to confirm yes/no. This automatically updates our system either way. In the event you don't have a partner and need to find one, you can use the "Contact" icon next to a player's name to start a conversation with them via email about potentially partnering up. If you have any queries or concerns then please don't hesitate to send through an enquiry and we will do our best to get back to you ASAP!

If you choose to add another event after you have registered, you can go back to your original registration confirmation email and use the link provided. If you need to change an event or withdraw from an event, you should also use this link.

Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied & supervised by a responsible adult."
