Skill Levels: Intermediate 3.8- and Advanced 3.8+

Age Bands: 18+ and 50+

Categories: Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles

18+ Mens Doubles 3.8- and 3.8+ start time 9.00am

18+ Ladies Doubles 3.8- and 3.8+ start time 9.00 am

18+ Mixed Doubles 3.8- and 3.8+ start time 1.30pm (approx)

Games to 11, one clear point, Semifinals and Finals - games to 15, one clear point.

Sunday 30th August 2026

50+ Mens Doubles 3.8- and 3.8+ start time 9.00am

50+ Ladies Doubles 3.8- and 3.8+ start time 9.00 am

50+ Mixed Doubles 3.8- and 3.8+ start time 1.30pm (approx)

Games to 11, one clear point, Semifinals and Finals - games to 15, one clear point.

The registration fee is £12.00 per player for the tournament and entry to each event is £20.00 per event (per player)

Schedule

The full schedule will be published one week before the event. it is HIGHLY recommended you follow "Pickleball at Boston Tennis Club" on facebook for tournament updates.

Register on arrival by confirming your name and team in the printed boxes provided on the tables, any time before your first game.

Please ensure you arrive on the correct court at the right time for each of your matches.

Registration

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with your entry details and a link back to the registration website.

Confirming Partners: Both players must be registered and confirm each other as partners. If agreed in advance, follow the link in your confirmation email, click “Send Partner Request,” and your partner will receive an email to confirm. If you need a partner, use the “Contact” icon next to another player’s name to start a conversation.

When entering via Picklebook you will be able to automatically enter as a team, an email will be sent to the person you linked and they have 48 hours to respond. All parties must be registered with Picklebook to play in this event.

If either player has a rating 3.8 or above in a pair they must enter the advanced match, a player can play up, but they cannot play down in a category.

Adding, Changing or Withdrawing from Events: Use the same link in your confirmation email to update your registration.

If you have any issues, please check your junk folder first, then contact us if needed.

DUPR Results Submission

The tournaments eligible match results will be submitted to DUPR following the event, it is the responsibility of both players/teams to verify and sign off the scores after matches.

Once results have been submitted to DUPR, no changes will be made unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Results will not be uploaded to DUPR for incomplete matches or no shows.

each player must make sure they are linked via the DUPR app to "Pickleball at Boston Tennis Club" my clubs section and join to enable results to be entered or accept an invite if one is sent.

Tournament Terms & Conditions

By registering, you agree to the following:

Registration opens and closes at the discretion of the organisers and may change based on demand and capacity.

Cancellation and refund requests must be made 14 days before the event.

Registration fees are non-refundable. Event fees may be refunded up to midnight on Wednesday the 12th August 2026.

Tournament directors may combine categories or move players between categories in the event of too few entries and their decision is final.

Results submission is at the organisers’ discretion.

Players promise to follow the pickleballEngland code of conduct and the clubs rules and respect the clubs property.

Waiver of Liability

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament.

I understand that filming and photographs may be taken at this event and I give permission to Pickleball at Boston Tennis Club to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event.

I understand it is my responsibility to inform the organisers if I do not wish to be filmed or photographed.
