Tournament Terms & Conditions

By ticking the terms and conditions box in your registration form, you agree to the following:

• Registration opens 11:00 am CET 22th of june and closes 8:00 pm CET on 2nd october 2026 8.00 pm.
• Registration is only allowed for players having a DUPR account
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made before the closing of registrations.
• Registration fees are non-refundable (except if the Tournament is cancelled or postponed) but event fees will be refunded up to the date of registration closing
• Tournament director has the discretion to combine categories in the event of too few entries and also to move players between categories, and their decision is final.
• Tournament director has the right to refuse entry to the tournament and their decision is final.
• Tournament results will be sent to DUPR
• DUPR profiles are linked to player registration within PickleBook at the time of registration.
• Agree to follow any health or security related requirements set out by the organisers prior to the tournament
• Agree to read the information contained in the tournament programme which will be sent out ahead of time and follow the guidance

• Fully accepting this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament. I understand that filming and photographs will be taken at this event and I give permission to the Organiser to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken or my games filmed.

Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
