The ball will be the Franklin X40 outdoor ball.

Event Capacity

Singles - Initially there are 5 places available in each event.

Gender Doubles - Initially there are 20 places available in each 3.0 & 3.5 event & 10 places in each 4.0+ event.

Mixed Doubles - Initially there are 40 places (20 men & 20 women) available in each 3.0 & 3.5 event & 20 places (10 men & 10 women) in each 4.0+ event.

Junior Event (Age 11yo-14yo) - Initially there are 20 places available

Wheelchair Event - Initially there are 20 places available

Once an event is full you can join the "Standby" list, please use this as we will alter the capacities of the events once we see how popular each is reducing the capacity of less popular events and increasing the capacity of more popular events.

Eligibility: Player must have been born in Wales or have lived in Wales since 1st March 2025.

Players may only play in ONE National Championship during a calendar year, If you have played in another countries National Championship since January 2026 you are not eligible to play. If you play in the Welsh National Championship you are not eligible to play in another countries National Championship until 1st January 2027.

Maximum one event per person per day or your events will clash.

Tournament Terms & Conditions

By ticking the terms and conditions box in your registration form, you agree to the following:

• Registration opens & closes at the discretion of the organisers.
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made by 5pm on Friday 10th April 2026.
• Registration fees are non-refundable but event fees will be refunded up to registration closing (5pm Friday 10th April 2026).
• Tournament director has the discretion to combine categories in the event of too few entries and also to move players between categories and their decision is final.
• Submission of Tournament results is at the discretion of the organisers.
• Agree to follow any Covid-19 related requirements
• Promise to follow PickleballEngland & PickleballWales codes of conduct and uphold PickleballEngland & PickleballWales values.
• Signing this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organisers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament. I understand that filming and photographs may be taken at this event and I give permission to PickleballEngland & PickleballWales to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken or my games filmed. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
