Event Categories

Event Format

Formats will be dictated by numbers in each category. Formats will ensure players have value for money and play lots of matches . Generally schedules will start with round robin formats followed by play-off matches for all players/pairs ensuring everyone has a place at the end of the event and a minimum of 6 matches.

Players are only able to enter one event on each day.

Medals for top 3 in every category.

If there are an insufficient number of entries within a single age/skill category, then categories will be combined at the Tournament Director's discretion.

A Coaching Clinic will be set up on the Friday morning and all details will be shared with entrants.

Registration fees

Each event has an entry fee of £31.50. Any withdrawals before the closing date will see players receive their entry fee refunded minus a £6.50 refund fee. Any withdrawals after the closing date will not be eligible for a refund.

Tournament Venue & Food

Easton Tennis Centre is an 8 indoor court tennis centre. The event will be using 12 courts.

The centre has changing rooms, showers and light refreshments served at reception. Players are able to bring their own food & drink.

Conditions of entry

By ticking the terms and conditions box in your registration form, you agree to the following:

• Cancellation and refund requests must be made before the closing date.
• Entry fees are non-refundable after the closing date.
• Tournament director has the discretion to combine categories in the event of too few entries and also to move players between categories, and their decision is final.
• Players aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult/parent or guardian.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry and/or alter the program where necessary at any time. In all matters their decision shall be final.
• Tournament results will be sent to DUPR.
• Promise to follow Pickleball England code of conduct and uphold Pickleball England values.
