Refund Policy for Welsh Pickleball Festival 2026

By registering for the Welsh Pickleball Festival, participants agree to the following terms regarding refunds:

Note: Please allow time for all refunds. This may have to be processed after the event concludes.

**If your space can be filled then we will endeavour to provide a refund.

Unfortunately in all circumstances there are administrative charges for banking & Picklebook beyond our control.

All refunds will be subject to a 8% administrative fee.

Cancellation by Participant:

Refunds will be provided up to 30 days prior to the event (by June 24th, 2026) at a rate of 50% of the registration fee.

After this date, no refunds will be issued.**

Event Cancellation by Organizers:

In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be provided to all participants.

Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued in cases of unexpected events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions) unless the event is cancelled in full.
