I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that:

I have read & understand the refund policy.

I agree to assume all of the risks and responsibilities arising out of my participation in the activities of Wales Pickleball Festival (WPF), and do for myself, my heirs, and personal representatives hold harmless, indemnify, release and forever discharge the WPF, the committee members and other participants and volunteers, collectively and severally from and against all claims, demands, and actions or causes of action, on account of property damage or loss, physical injury communicable diseases, or death which may occur during, or resulting from my participation in the activities of this festival.

Specifically I agree not to sue the WPF or its committee in any situation whatsoever that is related to my participation in the above festival.

I fully understand that other members participating with me in the WPF’s Pickleball related activities are not responsible for my safety or that of any non-playing children, family or friends that I bring as guests to the above festival.

I am aware of the nature and effect of this Release of Liability, Waiver of All Possible Claims and Assumption of Risk and am executing this release and waiver of liability agreement freely and voluntarily.

I attest that I am physically fit and qualified to participate at the appropriate level in any matches or events that I may play in or enter or be registered for.

Whilst WPF will endeavour to maintain a safe playing environment we accept no responsibility for Covid 19 or similar infections or complications. You must decide the risks for yourself.

In registering, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver in its entirety, that I understand and fully accept it and that in doing so I am agreeing by paying my registration fee.
