Tournament and Player Details

The event is open to all pickleball players aged 60 and above at the time of the competition. The tournament will be held over two days at Newport Tennis Centre and will feature the following age and skill categories:

• Age groups: 60+, 65+ and 70+
• Skill Groups: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+ (dependent on age category)
• Event type: Mens, Womens and Mixed Doubles

Matches will be played according to standard UK pickleball competition rules on indoor tennis playing courts using yellow Franklin X-40 balls. Players should avoid wearing yellow or neon green clothing to prevent obscuring the view of the ball during play.
