Tournament Terms & Conditions

By ticking the terms and conditions box in your registration form, you agree to the following:

• Registration opens 9:00 am CET Wednesday 8th April and closes 8:00 pm CET on Thursday 30th September 2026.
• Registration is only allowed for:

Resident Guests who have booked accommodation at Ali Bey Club Manavgat through PSO and

Players who are not resident Guests at Ali Bey Club Manavgat who have paid the daily entrance fee of EUR 50.00 per person.

• Cancellation and refund requests must be made by 8:00 pm CET on 30th September 2026.
• Registration fees are non-refundable (except if the Tournament is cancelled or postponed) but event fees will be refunded up to the date of registration closing (Refunds are subject to a 5% admin fee).
• Tournament director has the discretion to combine categories in the event of too few entries (unusual but possible) and also to move players between categories, and their decision is final.
• Tournament director has the right to refuse entry to the tournament and their decision is final.
• Tournament results will be sent to DUPR and Global Pickleball Alliance.
• DUPR profiles are linked to player registration within PickleBook at the time of registration.
• Agree to follow any health or security related requirements set out by the organisers prior to the tournament
• Agree to read the information contained in the tournament programme which will be sent out ahead of time and follow the guidance
• Promise to follow European Pickleball Federation code of conduct, abide by the rules of the game and uphold European Pickleball Federation values.
• Fully accepting this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament. I understand that filming and photographs will be taken at this event and I give permission to European Pickleball Federation to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken or my games filmed. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
