Registration will open at 3pm on Wednesday 15th April 2026

The registration fee is £25 per event.

Registration will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you via email to confirm your place & the anticipated time that you will be playing. If the tournament is oversubscribed we will then create a reserve list.

Tournament Format

There are no ratings categories (e.g. 3.0, 3.5, 4.0) for this tournament. Instead, the DUPR ratings of each pair, as of 1st June 2026, will be combined to produce an overall DUPR value.

If you do not have a DUPR rating, you will be asked as part of the registration process to provide a self rating. Please use Pickleball England’s ratings guide to determine your level. Please use the numbers shown against each level, e.g. 3.0, 3.5, 4.0.

The combined DUPR value will be used to organise pairs entered in each category into divisions. If all spaces are filled, there will be four divisions in each mixed doubles category and two divisions in each gender doubles category.

The tournament format will be as follows:
- Seven timed round-robin matches using rally scoring.
- Semi-final matches for 1st-4th place, followed by a final and a bronze medal match.

If the tournament is not filled, then the Tournament Director reserves the right to amend the above format to ensure the best possible experience for players.

The results from this tournament will NOT be entered onto DUPR.
