What do I do if I don’t have a DUPR rating or my DUPR reliability score is below 60%?
Please use https://www.pickleballengland.org/ratings-guide/ to determine your level. Please use the numbers shown against each level, e.g. 3.0, 3.5, 4.0. Self-ratings will only be accepted in the following circumstances:
1) Where a player has not previously had match results recorded on DUPR
2) Where the reliability of the DUPR rating is below 60%
Please be aware that checks will be undertaken on DUPR if a self-rating is declared. The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the self-rating if there is evidence that a DUPR rating already exists or the reliability of the DUPR rating is above 60%.

Will match results be entered onto DUPR?
No, the match results from the Constable Cup will NOT be entered onto DUPR.
1
Why are the match results not being entered onto DUPR?
We have received feedback from a growing number of players that they are choosing not to play in tournaments which affect DUPR ratings, because of the latest changes to the DUPR algorithm. We want to create an inclusive tournament so that all players, whether new or experienced, can experience competitive pickleball in an enjoyable environment without having to worry about the impact on DUPR ratings.
