Tournament Terms & Conditions

By ticking the terms and conditions box in your registration form, you agree to the following:

• Registration opens 9pm GMT Tuesday 24th March and closes 11:55pm BST on Saturday 24th July 2026.
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made by 11:55pm BST on 24th July 2026.
• Registration fees are non-refundable but event fees will be refunded up to the date of registration closing (Refunds are subject to a 5% admin fee).
• Tournament director has the discretion to combine categories in the event of too few entries (unusual but possible) and also to move players between categories, and their decision is final.
• Tournament director has the right to refuse entry to the tournament and their decision is final.
• Tournament results will be sent to DUPR and Global Pickleball Alliance.
• DUPR profiles are linked to player registration within PickleBook at the time of registration.
• Agree to follow any health or security related requirements set out by the organisers prior to the tournament
• Agree to read the information contained in the tournament programme which will be sent out ahead of time and follow the guidance
• Promise to follow pickleballEngland code of conduct, abide by the rules of the game and uphold pickleballEngland values.
• Signing this waiver:

"I release and discharge, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, the organizers, the facility, its members, employees, and sponsors and all persons associated with the tournament from all claims, damages, rights of action present or future which may arise in connection with my participation in the tournament. I understand that filming and photographs will be taken at this event and I give permission to pickleballEngland to use the creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to make it known that I do not wish to have my picture taken or my games filmed. Persons aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult."
